Lets Talk About the Weather

If you ask the majority of students on campus "how did you end up in Bozeman?" most likely their response will be "the mountains" or " to shred" but not this year. I feel sorry fot the freshman who had high expectations to come ski some of the greatest mountains around and are now wonder what all the hype was about. With it getting so far into the ski season everyones been asking wheres the snow at? As I found out today from and atricle I found on Yahoo where not the only ones. Most states hit the 50's last week in temputure and North Dakota has had 1/5 its average snow fall this year. Outside of the 48 states severe weather and snow is an issue. January has been the 9th snowiest year for Asia and Europe since 1966. Stange how the weather can work. I will say today was one of he first days that I have woke up smile knowing that our winter may finally be coming.... So everyone burn some skis and do your dances lets see if the snow gods will bring us some wonderful powder that Bozeman is kown for!!
